Keri and Carter are joined by special guests Mark Pellegrino and Bradley Helgerson. After a brief discussion of the Rittenhouse verdict and noting that if the jury had been picked from communities such as Los Angeles the verdict may have been quite different, the group launches into a discussion about the extent to which Christians and atheists can be allies in the battle against woke ideology. This leads to an involved debate about the foundation of ethical systems and what is meant by an “objective foundation.” Both sides reject Kant’s duty imperative, and Bradley defends Christianity as not altruistic when one takes into account the context of a Christian afterlife.
