Carter is joined by panelists John Sullivan from Wrong Speak Publishing and L (SomeBitchIKnow). They begin with a discussion of Elon Musk’s offer to buy Twitter and the mainstream media’s sudden interest in data privacy. Then L suggests that the media has been too silent on the unraveling of the FBI’s case against the men allegedly involved in a plot to kidnap Governor Whitmer. They touch on the war in Ukraine, and then get involved in a small debate about the importance of federal drug regulations. They conclude with a brief discussion of China’s “Belt and Road” initiative, the bankruptcy of Sri Lanka, and the future of Taiwan.
