Carter begins with a story of a Delaware man who opened his door to find warrantless ATF agents “asking” to see his perfectly legal firearms. It’s for your own safety, comrade!
He then provides both a moral and practical defense of Elisjsha Dicken, the 22-year-old armed citizen hero who stopped a mass shooting at Greenwood Park mall in Indiana. He discusses the importance of an armed citizenry, and how the gun tyrants often use statistics to obfuscate the obvious rather than to clarify the complex. He ends with a breaking news story regarding the murder of a famous philosopher from Athens. Carter argues that Socrates, who was killed over 2,400 years ago, was the victim of ancient Greece’s version of The Daily Show, hosted by Trevor “Aristophenes” Noah.
